When will my order ship?
Processing times is currently one week, as items are often made to order. Need it sooner? Learn more about rushing your order.
Is there any way to receive it faster?
To request rush processing, fill out this form before your purchase. I will do my best to reply within 24 hours. Rush processing may result in a fee depending on item availability, order volume, and other factors. Not all orders may qualify for rush shipment.
How are items shipped?
Orders are shipped from NYC via USPS. First Class Mail arrives approximately 3-5 days after shipment. Priority Mail arrives approximately 2-3 days after shipment. Priority Mail Express usually arrives the day after shipment, though it may take 2 days depending on location.
Please note that the processing times reflect the time it takes to make/fill the order, and are different from shipping estimates. Shipping estimates reflect the time it will take to ship after the order is processed.
Do you ship internationally?
I ship internationally via USPS. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, and you will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs authorities may open or inspect your package. Packages may be held in customs for up to 6 weeks. If your order is stuck longer, please contact your local customs office for more information.
Can I return my order?
Due to the handmade nature of my items, I cannot accept refunds or exchanges. Please purchase seriously. If your item is defective, I will do my best to repair it for you or send a new one so long as you provide the shipping expenses and provide evidence.
I entered the wrong address! Can you redirect it?
Please confirm that your shipping address at checkout is correct, as once an item is shipped I cannot redirect it.
I didn’t mean to order! How can I cancel?
Email Lauren@AubergDesigns.com within 12 hours of receiving your order confirmation and I will process your cancellation request and refund your order.
Items arriving via USPS may arrive later than the above estimated times due to their budget cuts, facility closures, and adverse weather. This is beyond my control.
Auberg Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
